Boring Update
I am BORED!!! I am freaking ass tired of feeling in pain and not having my body behave in a predictable way. I have to do something other then sit on my big freaking ass all day long, but every time I go out, I freaking pay for it in pain later... I want this to be OVER!! I want to go back to work, I want this freaking pain to END already... By the way, if any of you know a nice, mid twenties to early thirties, single, fairly good looking, smart woman who is tolerant of idiosyncratic behavior, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give her my damn phone number, e-mail address, etc. I gotta be honest here. I am tired of being single. I can't go out and meet anyone. Going to a bar is pretty much out of the question. So, to my dear readers: HOOK A BROTHER UP!!! Thank you and please return your chairs and tray tables to their upright and locked position.

Hi Ben,
I am overjoyed that the tumor is not a cordoma. Just regular cancer as opposed to special cancer. Cancer is cancer but at least this is one that can be dealt with.
I can hear from your writing and its tone that you are already done with this and that even before more happens it feel like its been forever.
It's just another beginning but every day is a miracle. The pain is already OLD I am sure! and happy for you for some relief and for the process of healing to begin.
I worry about your isolation in not being able to do "Your Life" and would like to do something with you via email, or send something to you or just have a weekly phone coversation planned to add some kind of interest and reduce your boredom.
I do realize that I am not the girl of your dreams and it's not that I am the most interesting person in the world, but if challenged, I can come up with my side of a debate about anything.
You will probably hate me for suggesting this, but what if we did a 1000 piece puzzle. Not of trees, or birds, or flowers, but something really interesting, maybe even a Old Record album cover or something cool that would be fun.
I am stretching here my pal, but I would bet we could find this on line and do it. If not on line, I could find a great puzzle, get you one and me one and lets see who finishes it first.
As you can probably tell, I live a very dull life and I am looking for some stimulation. If I lived closer I could just come over and we could do it together, but 1500 miles away makes that a bit difficult.
Ben, I am serious. If not a puzzle, I could always buy us duplicate "Elvis" on velvet paint by numbers kits. That could be fun.

You're already age- discriminating at 39. What's wrong with a girl in her late 30's, anyway? It's bad enough when men get to the second half of life and want a younger, trophy wife-like John did with Barbara. But, women in their late 30's and
40's are hot-and more interesting than 20 somethings.
